Pink tube-type radio in the shape of a grand piano.
When I looked at this in the shop where I found it, I plugged it in to see if it might work.
Surprisingly, to both me and the shop owner, it did.
Brought in stations loud and clear, and sounded pretty good for a small sized radio.
Bought it, brought it home, tried it again and again and again, and it's not worked since that day in the shop.
Maybe just a tube burned out and a replacement can make it work again.
When it was playing, there was very little static, and no loud noise like happens when a capacitor is bad.
Could use a little cleaning up.
I wiped off the major dust, but didn't get down in the corners so well.
I make frequent trips to the Des Moines area and can meet with a buyer in a convenient location for the sale.
