A wide variety of 8-tracks.
24 of them in a rotating rack.
Two empty cases, each can hold 24 more of your favorites.
I have saved all of the ones I might want to listen to, that can fit in my apartment (and that's plenty), so these are the ones that are duplicates, or ones I won't listen to anymore, or never wanted to listen to, maybe unknown groups or artists.
There are three not-so-exciting boxed sets, plus two unopened pairs (one Jim Nabors, one Christmas music).
I have photos in two different places, so please be patient while I find them and post.
I think there are about 200 tapes in all.
It's been my experience that, in a random collection of tapes, usually at least half of them will play well.
I've tried to throw away any that were trash, but you never know until the splice comes around, if it's going to continue, or stop.
There are 15 tapes with good music, that are needing repair; a reglueing of the splice, or pads replaced.
Easy job, but I just don't think I'm going to get to it.
So you can have
those too, in case you want to tackle the job.
I can give you tips if you've never done it before.
I can meet with a buyer at some convenient location in the Des Moines area, if that is where you live, to make the sale.
