*is now hiring a FedEx Delivery Route Driver/Mechanic to help deliver packages to businesses and residential customers in the north central Missouri area.
TheDriver/Mechanic will be operating out of the Brookfield, MO, terminal (28832 Hwy 11, Brookfield, MO, 64628) and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses in surrounding areas.
*Our drivers will be operating Fleet vehicles provided by the employer.
* *No CDL required!*
*Job Type*: We are seeking a Full-time employee to work Tuesday through Saturday, Delivery Driving = 4 days per week - preforming preventative maintenance = 1 day per week, in person.
*Pay: Pay: $160-$190 per day (based on experience)*
*Earn up to $40,000-$50,000 plus per year!*
*Monthly and Yearly Bonuses based on performance!*
*Raises given early and often based on performance!*
*Mechanic Position Responsibilities Include:*
* Perform multi-point inspections on delivery vehicles.
* Change engine oil and filter on delivery vehicles.
* Lube / grease chassis on delivery vehicles
* Create repair orders.
* Report repair needs
* Perform other light duty mechanical repairs and maintenance such as: replace filters, tires, and lights.
* Manage the maintenance program for a 20-truck fleet.
* Document work
* Clean/organize work area, including service truck.
* Communicate with the team as needed.
*Delivery Driver Position Responsibilities Include:*
* Arrive at the Brookfield FedEx terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages.
* Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
* Delivering packages to the destination
* Scanning and Logging Packages per policy
* Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections
*Preferred skills, knowledge, and experience:*
* Goal-oriented, problem-solving skills, deductive reasoning
* Mechanical background
* Ability to work independently.
* Attention to detail.
* Respect and integrity, both to company and customers
* Commitment to physical safety, strength, and fitness on the job
* Delivery driving experience (a plus but not required)
* Ability to perform a range of maintenance and mechanical services.

* Able to provide a CLEAN DRUG SCREEN on zero notice: absolutely no recreational drug use, including legal THC/CBD products.
