As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.

*Team Driver Requirements*
* Must be part of existing Team
* 21 years of age or older with valid Class A CDL
* At least 6 months CDL-A driving experience
* Hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements
* Safe driving record and history
* Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
*Pay & Job Details*
* *Team drivers earn $90,000 per year average*
* *Mileage pay: $0.
91 per mile, split between each driver and $33.
07/hr for delays*
* Paid training
* Weekly pay
* Home weekly: 5 days out, 2 days home
* Dedicated XPO routes with loads running between XPO facilities
