We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Inventory Manager to join our team.
The Compliance Inventory Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with all state regulations regarding inventory management within the Missouri Marijuana industry.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory management procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the cure room inventory and ensure all procedures are followed.
* Track the dry room, harvest, item type and date of the product coming into the cure room, as well as the same for the product that leaves the cure room.
* Create all trim/shake, pre-roll, bulk and testing packages within METRC.
* Assist testing facilities with creating and submitting testing samples for all flower, trim/shake and pre-rolls.
* Monitor COA results for products submitted for testing, and inspect the product to determine which quality line it belongs to.
* Submit waste and moisture loss and finish all packages after splitting child packages.
* Track and submit packaging team incentives.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
Prioritizing needed strains.
* Investigate packages when inventory discrepancies have been identified, and report to the Compliance Director.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical cannabis industry.
* Familiarity with state regulations governing inventory management within the Missouri Marijuana industry.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.
00 - $45,000.
